Jemput Pisang(Banana balls)

1/2  lb pisang emas
2 oz flour
1 oz sugar
oil for deep fat frying

Peel and mash the bananas.

Add the sugar and sieved flour and mix all together.

Drop a spoonful of the mixture at a time into the hot oil and fry.
till golden brown.

Drain well before serving.
